External corner tiling

Got a small issue hoping to resolve soon.

I've been asked to tile a bathroom by a friend. I'm a carpenter by trade but a I can tile pretty well to a certain extent, although still picking up tricks as I go.

The issue in question is, I have an external wall to tile now normally this is no problem, I'd generally use a corner trim, but on this occasion he wasn't one full wall and one half wall tiled. This will obviously be an issue when using the trims.

Any ideas, pointers, opinions would be greatly welcomed. Cheers!

Might want to go back and edit your post, not idea on what it is your asking.
Do you mean an outside corner?
Not sure what you mean, is there already some tile on the wall?

Sorry this is my first ever post so I'm struggling through, and I can only presume different terminology (I'm in England) is the reason this isn't clear.

Tiling a bathroom, the problem is an external corner (outside corner if you like) one wall is to be tiled floor to ceiling, the other wall that meets the previous is floor to 1m high. My problem is, if I use a corner bead to get the two to meet nicely, above the 1m high tiles you will see the back of the tile trim.
The only thing I can think of is by doubling up the tile trim at high level to form a Semi-circle, but I'm worried this may look bulky

Inside corners and outside corners are seldom available with todays tile---

You will have to miter the corners ---your are a carpenter---just treat it like trim work----

So no chance there are bullnose tiles available?

And then I have seen this.

Almost looks like a Schluter product?

Oops, I guess this won't help you above the 1 metre mark where only one wall will have tile.

That situation used to be common in almost every residential job, but that was the old days when for example a tiled tub surround transferred around the corner to wainscot. That's just not done much anymore and the proper trim corners are not available for most tiles except for the old-fashioned ceramic wall tiles. They're still made, but you're limited.

The trims look like this;

You use the bullnose, either the "mud" cap seen here, or the "surface" cap, with 1 piece of AN & AM corner. Confusing to xplain here, but maybe you've got it. Anyway, it's only available in standard ceramic wall tiles.

You'll probably have to go with a double surface bullnose though.
