drop in spa bathtub

Im getting ready to tile around a drop in tub. I need to find a way to create access doors for the water shutoffs and blower/heater. Note, i have to tile these doors and pretty much make them seem like they dont exist. Any suggestions?

I moved this thread to 'tile'---You will get better exposure here.

I don't cut the ports until the tile is set,but not grouted---then,using a multi tool,I cut the opening and use magnetic catches to hold the wood/tile back into position.

grout matching caulk will fill the gap and be easy enough to remove, years from now, when access is needed.

drop in spa bathtub

We had to remove tiles from the front of a tub to access and replace the faucet. I would like to put an access door that matches the other cabinets. It is easy to find the door, but how do we install it without screws showing? Are there clamps that can be used on the inside?
Thank you for any advice.

European style spring closing hinges might work---

Closet door spring clips might do--look in the cabinet hardware section of one of the big stores---
