ceramic tile


I had a water leak and had been leaking for months and water got under tile and was coming up through the grout. Should I take tile up and replace?

I had the water connection to refridgerator was slowly dripping for months. Water got in the wall and under the ceramic tile floor. Water was coming up through grout. Should I take up floor and replace?
