Can I use bathroom tile for an outside application?- REPOSTED

I think my original post disappeared...
I have raised brick areas on the back porch kind of like as shown in this picture- http://www.rymergroundworks.co.uk/images or see attached
The top surfaces of the raised areas are 18" x 18" on top.
Can I put 4) 9" bathroom ceramic tiles on top of the brick structures- is that an appropriate application for bathroom tile or would they just pop off eventually. Install with quickrete or other?
thanks,
Greg

Not sure why you would want to do that, but fired ceramic tiles do well outside. Thinset is the usual adhesive here, but I suppose mortar will work.

Tiles are rated by hardness--You need a 4 or 5 for out door use.
Bricks move and will cause tile failure,

Stable concrete can work--no brick.
