Best tool to drill holes in Porcelain tile

I am going to tile my walls with porcelain tile.
I have 3 stubouts and 1 sink drain I need to have holes.

I have bought some bad tile tools in the past.. (not worth the money)

What type of bit should I get for the tile?

dry diamond core drill bit

Or carbide grit, but diamond is better.

Carbide grit is useless on porcelain.:) Won't even touch most of them.:)

I hope this is something I can get locally.
I have a Lowes/Menards/Sears Hardware all grouped together.

Coring saws won't be easy to find in lower populated areas of the country. It usually takes a major city for there to be a big enough demand for stores to stock such an item. They are available online from a lot of places.:)

I was surprised Sears Hardware did not have one.
Lowes did, $25
