Where to start tiling in my shower floor?

So it's not square but close and the drain is towards the bottom right (Again not centered). I'm using small tiles but two don't fit perfectly around the square drain so they'll be little pieces and I'm stumped on if I should start in the center of the shower and go out which might leave some weird pieces around the drain or start around the drain and work out which might leave uneven sides.

just lay it out dry first and then do it.

I'm wondering what color underwear to wear tomorrow.

Go from the drain out.
Got small pieces? - hope you're using a tile-saw.
Is that an electric, baseboard heater -on the left? -
Do something with that!
