Tool for cutting tile when laying kitchen backsplash?

I am about to tile my kitchen backsplash with 12x12 mesh backing mosaic stone tiles. I am going to use a manual tile cutter for the straight cuts but do not know what tool to use to notch out the outlet holes. I was thinking a dremel with a diamond wheel or maybe an angle grinder with a diamond wheel? Any thoughts?

An angle grinder with a diamond blade will work fine---

Wet cutting often causes the tiles to fall off of the mesh---if you do wet cut--cover the tiles with wax paper to reduce the amount of water that gets to the mesh.

Plan the lay out then rent the wet saw. It is necessary cost. For mid field cuts, remove the tiles that go over an outlet, eg, then fit each piece. GFI outlets have cover screw holes at different places.

Angle grinder with a diamond blade is the way to go as mike suggested.Get a pair of tile nibblers for the corners so you don't have to overcut the corners of the opening to much.
