Tile under cabinets

I'm remodeling my master bathroom. The only thing I'm keeping is the cabinets. Should I remove them to lay down ditra and tile or would it be OK to tile around? I think it would take more of my time to remove the top and cabinets than tiling around it. Only benefit would be the waterproofing layer? Granite installers will be here monday to remove and replace the top.
Also, would you install ditra under the tub?

Tile under cabinets

Remove the vanity.
Less cutting, vanity get changed and there's no needing to fix the floor, insurance against water damage.
Ditra under the tub is not a bad idea.
