stand-up shower/slanted ceiling
Hello all:
I am new to the forum and hope to get some helpful advice. I will be renovating the second floor of an old farm house. I will be gutting the entire space. Currently there is a small 8x8' bedroom, and 8x8' bathroom, a sitting room and the stairs leading down to the first floor. there is also a doorway the leads to a hallway where there are two more large bedrooms in an addition. (I will get some dimensions and pictures tonight of the entire space, including window placements). there is a 5' jacuzzi tub (that is going to go) a dresser (converted to a vanity) and a toilet. I want a shower up stairs as the only one we have is downstairs and when i remodel that bathroom, we will need another shower. my challenge is that there is a sloped ceiling in the bathroom which severely limits placement of a stand-up shower. I am hoping for some ideas on shower designs that take into consideration these slanted ceilings. thanks in advance... rod |
