Rustproof Bath Vanity Hinges

My bathroom gets very steamy, and the hinges on the vanity have rusted. I tried to find rustproof ones to replace them, perhaps made of a rustproof alloy, but all I can find are steel ones with various finishes, such as brushed nickel, which will surely rust as well.

How could I rustproof some steel vanity hinges? I want the hinges to look like brushed nickel. I was thinking of just spraying them with something clear that would protect them from rust. Any ideas?

Clear spray shellac.
How not address the real problem? Is there a working exhaust fan in there that's properly sized?
Possible to leave the door open?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to fix the steam problem. It's a small bathroom, with no exhaust fan or easy way to install one.

No easy way to install an exhaust fan.
Gee, I didn't know it has to be easy.

I would hate to be you when you find out how much it will cost you in the future for mold mitigation and rot repair.

Never heard of a vanity with stainless hinges but that is what you would need.
How hard is it to add the fan? There is always a way. Even if you need to vent it down through the wall and through a crawlspace, you need an exhaust fan.
