replacing toilet

We have a toilet with 10" rough-in that needs replacing. All I see in the store is toilet with 12" rough-in. Do I have to find a 10" rough-in replacement?

Home Depot, Lowes, plumbing supply house carries a 3" drain off set for this case that gives you an extra 1 1/2" which is all you need. You may have to remove the baseboard and/or shoe mold behind the base in order for it to fit. The part is around $10. You have to cut your plywood out that extra 2", cut the plumbing, and install the new drain. Do not over cut the plywood so that you cannot secure it.
