Replacing a linoleum backsplash

The backsplash behind the sink in our kitchen has become warped and is pulling away from the wall on one end. Figure I need to replace it but not sure what my best bet for finding a matching piece is. The house is 13 years old and I have no idea what the builder's source was. Any thoughts?

Replacing a linoleum backsplash

I had a brain fart, it's laminate. Here are a few pictures. It's a very plain basic grey color with greenish and beige mixed in. The backsplash is a separate piece about 4" high and ~3/4" thick.

Replacing a linoleum backsplash

Sure looks like there was never any caulking along the bottom of it.
Most have partical board behind the laiminite, gets wet once and it's trash.

Ever consided a tile back splash?
