Removing film from tiles after using Bostik premixed grout

I used Bostik's trucolor premixed grout and am still having trouble remiving the film from the backsplash tiles, mainly those that are frosted glass and limestone.

Hiw do I remove the remaining film on the tiles?

Call Bostik and ask them.
Premixed grouts aren't usually the best grout to use on textured tile surfaces.
