Remove Old Wall Tile or Keep It?

26 year old shower and have discovered the shower pan was incorrectly installed. That has all been removed and now we are trying to decide if we should keep the tile walls and just build up the floor higher .... or completely redo it. Pictures of one wall inside and out are uploaded for viewing.
