Removal of a shower pan vs new finerglass unit

Seems like a lot of work removing the tile base hoping that the Pan is the problem . There is
Mold on the firs 3 rows of tile. And the walls aside the shower have wet stains . The plaster sheet rock is moist.
I am confused "
What is more costly

Sounds like your shower walls have rotted---I think you better plan on replacing the whole shower--

A tiled pan is incorporated into the walls--so if the walls are gone--so is the pan---Mike--
