Plastic Laminate Countertops
Can I use Silicone Caulk to repair my countertop, water has caused the seam to rise.

In most cases contact cement would work better. |

Before you attempt to glue it back down, it would be
important to know if the wood (postform or plywood?) below is actually swelled from water penetration. |
