Paint peeling off after repainting

I AM CURRENTLY DECORATING A BEDROOM. I AM DOING THE CEILING WITH DULUX VINYL SILK. AS I APPLY THE PAINT TO THE CEILING BY ROLLER. THE PAINT THAT IS ALREADY ON IS PEELING AND COMING OFF. I HAVE USED THIS PAINT ALL OVER THE HOUSE AND HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM WHAT CAN I DO.

First you can try a sealer such as Kilns of in a bad case a Shellac based sealer (ventilation needed when in use!). If the paint is falling off or seem loose it should be removed but is it is coming off because of the new paints affect on it the sealer should work fine.

Good luck
