Need shower pan help

I have one of the most messed up showers. The drain is not centered which makes me mad but that is life. So now I have to do some thinking. This is on a cement slab so I really don't want to do any demo to the cement since I don't weigh much over 100 pounds. So what I was thinking was leaving the old walls where they are and building new ones to make the drain centered. You can see from the before picture how the bathroom is set up. Then you can see what I am taking about when it comes to the drain. Then the picture of what the bathroom looks like now. I need ideas on what base I should use, because I would like to get a pre-fab base. I don't want to deal with putting tile back in. One the picture that has the floor, you can add an inch or 2 to the 22 inches and the 18 inches. It was done like this, tile to drywall then the drywall was on top of ply wood then the studs. So Ideas would be great. Thanks a bunch and have a happy thanksgiving

I would leave the walls where they are and install a mortar shower pan that includes a preslope layer of mortar to direct the flow of water towards the drain. You then can put a flexible membrane liner over the pre-slope and then another final layer of mortar to finish the pan.
