mounting cabinets and unsquare walls?

I am trying to mount some ikea cabinets for my kitchen. The cabinets bolt to a rail that gets mounted to the wall. The cabinets will be set in an "L" shape. I have a problem with the corner. The corner is not square. It is more than 90' (the corner opens up). How can i mount the cabinets and minimize any gaps at the end of the run?

Are these framless cabinets, Euro style? I believe they are. You could probably scrape or cut away some drywall behind the cabinets or straighten the wall out, add a filler to the one side. This is a tough thing to figure out exactly with out being there. I gave you some ideas though. I dont like filler strips or a piece or trim to hide a gap there but sometimes its unavoidable if your completing and gutting the kitchen prior to the cabinet installation.

Sounds like that makes sense. YOU really have to be there to see which way the walls going and then use a simple solution to make it look its best.
