Looking for a revolving/flipping surface for Kitchen Countertop Hot Plate

I've seen these in a few homes.

It's a cutout in a counter; the replacement material is on an axle, and then flips 180 degrees to reveal whatever is attached to the other side.

Mine will have a type of hotplate.

Who sells the hardware for this type of thing?

The "axle" that the surface flips with is the easy part.
It's the lock/release that is tricky. It has to hold the surface secure
when you are using either side.

Once upon a time these sorts of things were offered by the appliance makers.
No more (among other reasons because wiring codes won't allow them now).
