KCMA spec for particle board

Are all KCMA ( Kitchen Cabinet Makers Association) stamped kitchen cabinets that use particle board construction required to use a 45 psi or higher grade of particle board ?

In other words, on kitchen cabinets that use particle board construction, is 45 psi grade or higher particle board one of the KCMA specifications in order to qualify for their stamp of approval ?

KCMA spec for particle board

I'm sure the original poster has moved on. But I can say that my company has pretty much moved on from any p.b. other than A-grade. Right now we are in testing to increase our water resistance for kcma. The goal is to have no swelling after 72 hours.
