installing countertop with really out of sqaure wall

I gutted my kitchen, rewired it, boarded, taped/mudded it, primed and painted it, i started putting cabinets in and the one wall is really out of square! im talking 1" over 3'. i've installed lots of laminate countertops with some i thought was bad, like 1/2" out of square. i scribed and planed/belt sanded the back of the backsplash and i've cut into the drywall and put the counter into it a bit but i've never had one this bad! i wish put a square on it before boarding it but it never crossed my mind to think it'd be that bad. i dont have time to rip down the wall and put furring strips up and reboard it cause im on a tight timeline before the inlaws come in a week. i did order my counter 117" for any fine tuning. so what do you think? hack the drywall and pull out the sheetrock 20 after? anybody have any bright ideas?

Make a template and take it to a cabinet shop and have them cut the angles to whatever they need to be.
48.38965 degree - No problem (or whatever your is)

Don't need full template, just a large angle finder out of 1/8" hardboard or whatever.
2 legs and a brace to hold it.

We used to cut tops for people who ordered them and were to long or wrong angle or some such thing.

im building my own cabinets and i realised how far out it was when i was building the cabinets and i built them with this in mind. now its getting the counter to fit. im going to see if they will recut the angle if not i'll just hack it and make it look the best i can besides if i sell my home i have to sell it as a seasonal camp due to new bylaws in place so i'll make it pass my "camp standards" haha!

If you are cutting it Set it up at the angle you need them at, clamp them so they do not move and run a router between them.
