installing ceramic tiles in shower

if you are using a neoangle base wher dothe tiles end? on top of the lip or on the base?

Is this base tile-able.
I'm assuming it is a pre-made base?
Not from Tile-Redi I hope!
What are the walls that meet the neo-angles made of ?
