Help choosing laminate countertop

I'm buying a large sheet of laminate counter top and putting in new custom fit counters.
I've narrowed the choices down to Wilsonart Polished Mosaic and Wilsonart Crystalline Braun. If you are unfamiliar, the crystalline Braun is from the new HD line and I'm worried about the texture. It feels almost like a floor on the small sample where as the plain lower priced has a smooth finish. Does any one have experience with the textured HD type? Do crumbs stick? Does it mark easily?

Have not used the new textured yet, but my experience with anything testured is.......it traps dirt/crud faster and is harder to clean.
