Finally got started on the new basement bathroom, thought I would post a few pics and let you all beat me up a little! If there is anything that does not look right please let me know!

Hey rod......perhaps its the light, but it looks rather small.

The shower or the whole bathroom? I had a buddy tell me that also, I think some of it is the photo. The shower base is larger than a standard pre made pan acording to according to some dimensions I found.
I am not at the house right now so I can't give you an exact measurement but it should look something like this. (Fingers crossed)

rod...it was the light. I thought the framed in part was the whole room. Couldnt figure out how you get the toilet in. And speaking of the toilet...
they make an up flush toilet, much smaller than what you have there, that goes behind a wall. Dimensions are like 12d x 24l x 18h.The toilet discharge goes thru the wall and is pumped up. Can handle 3 or 4 appliances. Also, you dont need to raise the floor and have a step into it. Just a thought. :)

Didn't mean to steal your pic Angus, when I saw it I thought it looked a lot like my space. I hope mine turns out half that good!

I have seen the other type of upflush systems, I am hoping the way I have this planned the step up will not look so bad. Don't know about you before starting a project but I already have about 100 hours in it just sitting there staring at it trying to figure out what I want to do! I have had to change the plan about 20 times already. Thanx for the input though.

12 penny, I forgot to add also. The shower is going to be 36"X46 1/2", the room is about 9'X7'.
