Felt paper on concrete floor and metal studs

I am doing a tub to shower conversion. Demo is done.
I put wood 2x6 between metal studs to box in. Do I now put felt paper
6" up on metal studs and across concrete floor. This will
Insure that there would be no tearing of shower pan liner against the metal studs. I am also going to put felt between 2x4 curb and concrete so wood does not get moisture from concrete.

Any suggestion? Am I doing this correct or is it over kill.

Thank you
