Do I need to use vapor barrier?


Do I need to use vapor brier with green board in the bathroom ? I will be tiling over green board, I used unfaced insulation under the green board .

Is this in a shower or tub area? If so the green boards has to come out and be replaced with tile board.

It's all got to come down.
Any form of drywall behind tile in a wet area is going to fail.
You really need to think about picking up a book on tiling or at least doing so more reseach before doing any more.
Tile is a one shot deal, done wrong and it's trash.
