bench slope

I am currently creating my master steam shower with a bench. I wasn't thinking when I framed the bench I made it flat instead of sloping it 1/4" per ft.

I already installed the plywood, sheetrock and kerdi membrane on it when I realized what a dumb mistake.

Will I be ok if I add more thinset to achieve the slope on the tile itself or will water just sit on the kerdi membrane below the tiles over time, not dry and cause issues?
