Bathroom Vent Covers

I need to replace my exterior vent cover for my bathroom vent. The problem is I have a 3" pipe and all replacement covers are mounted on 4" pipe. Is there a vent cover made to fit a 3" pipe?

You can buy a duct reducer 4" to 3" to accommodate your situation.
