Bathroom vanity install

We are going to install a new vanity and sink in our bathroom but we will be replacing the flooring in that bathroom as well. Which should be put down first?

I would put the floor down first. Then you will not have a bunch of small cuts be it sheet goods or tile around the vanity. If it is not setting perfectly on the new floor, then you can add shoe moulding around the vanity without worrining if it will cover any gaps on the floor.

Yep! Floor first---it's faster to set the tile---if the vanity ever needs replacing the old 'foot print' won't matter.
