bathroom vanity

i want to replace my bathroom vanity with a new one, new sinks (2), and new granite countertop. what are the steps to do this? what order are things removed and installed in?

Without a picture it's hard to say.
Is there a tile back splash?
Is this a custom built to fit cabinet or just a stock vanity.
Is the top between two walls or is the vanity free standing?
