bathroom remodel / need some advice

Hey guys. I am doing a bathroom remodel on a second floor on suite bathroom. I have it fully gutted right down to the floor joists.

Bath Fitter is coming in to handle the shower inlay and subfloor beneath it.

We plan to use some pergo laminate for the flooring.

() Should I insulate and waterproof the floor before the pergo goes down? What products / materials should I use?

() Is green board the way to go for the ceilings and walls ? I am insulating with roxull. What type of vapor barrier should I use? We also want to have floor to ceiling tile on the walls. A new vanity is being ordered would you tile up to the area the vanity will be or tile behind where it will be?

() What should I use behind the shower walls green board? is a vapor barrier required there as well before the green board?

thanks for any help and advice in advance.

Cheers
Tommy
