Bathroom Fan Vent - Condensation inside duct in the attic

I recently renovated my two upstairs bathrooms and installed vent fans in each one of them. The contractor has installed Panasonic Whisper Quiet fans. Condensation inside the duct is running down the duct and dripping from the ceiling in the small in-suite bathroom but not in the other one. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

Bathroom Fan Vent - Condensation inside duct in the attic

Install insulated duct, and make form a small trap if possible.
