Bathroom Exhaust fan in old construction

Does anyone know of an exhaust fan for old bath where attick access is not necessary. I have venting and electrical ability at point I want to install but every unit I look at seems to require attic access.
Thanks
George

They don't all need attic access, but they do all need to be vented to the outside, usually thru ducts. That can be difficult, but is usually not impossible. If there is an outside wall, consider a wall mount fan that exhausts directly outside.
