Thanks Bondo I playing mad sciencetist here I took a 3 compartment sink and made a fire tube boiler with it heats the water quick and makes steam alot faster then I thought I was thinking that moving the water will stop it from steaming what were you saying run a 1" loop and tap off of it for the rads.

Ayuh,... There's lotsa ways to do it,...

Mine is a 100 gal. self-built wood boiler that runs constantly through the oil boiler in the house...
The re-light set-point on the oil boiler is lowered, so's it don't light...
The oil boiler is my heat-sink/ distribution point, when the house calls for heat, 1 of it's circulators kicks on, 'n moves the heat to where needed, just as if the oil was heatin' the water...
The DHW is also run through the coil in the oil boiler...
The wood fired outdoor boiler heats up to 'bout 190, 'n the draft closes, shuttin' down the fire, til the water temp drops to 'bout 170, when it re-opens the draft, 'n the fire rekindles..

Of course, My system relies on pressurized water, startin' at 12psi, cold, 'n runnin' up to 'bout 20psi when at it's hottest/ highest...

I built a boiler it sets about 100 ft from my house I ran 1/2 pex lines to and from the boiler to a a/c coil I tried a taco 700 cir. pump it doesn't move the water. any suggestions. I had a pump I got from Harbour Freight on it that moved 25 gals a min. It really worked great but like everything you get at harbour really doesn't hold up
