where to run water line for new fridge... HELP!

I recently purchased a new home and we bought new appliances. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser and needs a water line attached.
Please view the pic, as the only option would be to tap into the kitchen sink line to install (which is in a center island). The floor is ceramic tile and the basement is fully finished (drywall ceiling).
Please help, as I will need to know if there is an option to install prior to the appliances being delivered. Otherwise I will have to (try) to replace the purchase of the fridge with one that doesn't have the water and ice feature.

what's behind the refrigerator wall. where is the closest bathroom sink. could you run it overhead to the water heater room? you may have to break down and cut an access hole in the basement if you want to have wate at the fridge
