What's that thunk?

After a flush, the water fills the tank and then there's a THUNK sound when the water stops running. Happens every time. Any idea what's causing that and if/how I can fix it? I'm worried it's a pipe that, after a while will break at a solder point and start leaking inside the wall. I just replaced the toilet and the same noise occurs.

could be ball cock assy ...but you said you replaced toilet and it still does it....high water pressure could also cause this....does it do it in all the toilets..
