well water fluctuation

The water in the house fluctuates constantly and the temperature of the water changes with that fluctuation.

It is normal for a well system water pressure to fluctuate. The pump will typically go on at 30psi and off at 50 psi. that means the water pressure will drop to 30 before the pump comes on.
I don't know about the heat issue. Is any of your suction pipe exposed to the sun. It could be solar heating.

Give us more details about your system.

Water will come out of the ground at 52-55 degrees and be pretty constant. It may heat up in the pressure tank to match the temperature of the surrounding space if it sets there for a time.

Describe your system---Water pressure should be constant if you have a working pressure tank--

Tell us what you see----

I think Mike's dead on with this one.
If the bladders bad in a pressure tank there's no storage area for the water to be stored and the pump just turns on and off.
