Well pump cover/house

I'm looking to build a nice looking cover/house for my well pump and bladder tank. I don't want to put one of those fake rocks in my yard. Anyone have any good ideas? Pics? Plans? Thanks!!

Pic but no plans. I built an 8x12 so it wouldn't look like an outdoor toilet. So the county calls it a storage building so I can pay taxes on it so we use it for just that. There is even plenty of room for a 30 gallon sediment tank.

BTW, the oak tree is dead in the pic and has been used for shop heat. I've learned a valuable lesson in life. Don't let trees dictate.

Very nice. I probably only need something 4x3 base x 4 ft. tall. Might just drop in some 4x4s and wall it with T-111. (And 2x4 and plywood roof).

Not going to last long if you cheap out and build it that way.
T-111 needs to be a min. of 6" off the ground or the splash backs going to to rot it out at the bottom, and a bare plywood roof will need to be replaced in no time.
I'm with the other poster, make it big enough so you can get in there and store stuff and can get to stuff to work on it. Good place to store garden tools so it does not take up wall space in the garage.
I have to build or rebuild 4 or 5 of these a year, everyone was built like your suggesting, every one had the roof collapse and rotted out sides.

Awesome. I guess I'll spend some money and make it to last. You guys ever used reclaimed barn boards...they are plentiful here in NC.

Only way I would use them is if they had been treated with a product like Timbor or Boracare and install them over 1/2 OSB or CDX plywood that had been prepainted a dark color so the cracks did not show through.
Barn boards are vary likly to have termites, old wood bore, powder post beatles.
The sheathing will help keep out critters, bugs and air flow.
