Default watts regulator B1156F instructions

Can someone point me to a site or a PDF with the instructions as to how to set this valve? The water PSI in my boiler is a little high I would like to make an adjustment and I'm not sure if I need to turn the handle to the left or right and whether the set nut needs to be loosened.
