Water too hot - ouch!

I have a Peerless Series DE cast iron gas boiler connected to a SuperStor Ultra indirect fired water heater -- my problem is that the water is running way too hot and I'd like to back it down about 10 to 15 degrees. What is the correct procedure to do that? Thanks.
