Water Softener/Treatment Decision HELP

Hello,I am currently deciding between two water softener/treatment options below and was seeking opinions from more experienced people. I have narrowed it down to two local providers: AquaSystems and EcoWater. Before going further, an independent test of my well water provided the following:

16 grains/gal hardness
High levels of Manganese
Iron and Sulfate Bacteria present

Thus, two estimates provided the following plans.
AquaSystems: 32,000 grain SmartChoice Gen II Water Softener combined with a SmartChoice Gen II Eradicator Plus (Oxidation + peroxide chemical treatment).

EcoWater: 40,100 grain ECR 3502R40 Water Softener, ETF 2100 IF10 Iron Filter, and a Chloride Chemical Feeder system.

Both plans seem to try to address the iron bacteria and manganese problems through either peroxide or chlorine treatment. Which one would be better? Thanks to any insight provided

Either system will serve just fine. I prefer Chlorine to peroxide.
