Water smells musty.
 

Over the last couple days we have noticed a musty order in our water. We have done some remodeling, which was mostly removing pipe and replacing some copper with pex.

We live in Kansas City which has just recently thawed, does the water dept do anything around this time of year? We are going to call tomorrow.

Any thoughts?

Not sure, but try installing a whole house filter with a charcoal filter insert. This should help
