Water Sensor - Internet enabled

In Canada...

Anyone know of a good water sensor that can connect to the internet and notify me if my sump pump breaks? If power goes out I can have my router hooked into a battery backup, but would like something to notify me if my sump pump quits, or power goes out and water raises.

Thanks
