Water saving toilet

Hey guys. I was pricing toliets today and I saw one that uses 1.28 gallons vs the standard 1.6. To me this seems like a very small saving, but im no expert. Any of you have any luck with them?

while that may be true, i live in a town that charges exorbitant rates for water usage. i pay more than my aunt who lived in a richy gated community
