water pulses

i am buying a house that has a well. the water from the faucets comes out normal pressure then slows then goes back to normal sort of like pulsing is the best i can describe it. Any ideas ?

Google "Pressure tank" or "Well Trol".
Sounds like it's low on air, or the bladder burst.
It acts like a storage tank to stop the pump from short cycling.

Have the well pump looked at and pressure tank and hi lo limit switch. Also the foot valve in the well.
