Water Pressure from well

I have a well for my home and recently changed the inline filter, do this every 6 months. (Small tube that hangs off one of the types and change the cartridge/filter)

Well changed it the other day and now my pressure has dropped tremendously and I have no water within minutes, having to wait for replenishment...

Any advice?

You possibly have put a filter with finer microns in it, inhibiting water pressure. Make sure that you're using the recommended filter.
Could be other things as well.
Good Luck!
