water pressure booster pumps

I had an Amtrol water pressure booster pump installed in 2003. Recently the "gland" fitting which makes the connection between the motor and the tank rusted out. After trying to get a replacement part from Amtrol I am told the pump is obsolete, has been redesigned with a different type fitting and the fitting I need is no longer available. Other than this problem this unit is in impecable condition. Is there anyone else that has experienced such problems? If so please advise me,,,,,,,,,THANKS

Have you tried Grainger parts? They may have the part you need in a warehouse someplace. I would try Amtrol stocking distributers as well, just because a part is no longer made doesn't mean they aren't on a shelf somewhere.
