Water pipes leaking? sweating?

Hello,

It's 80 degree's in this house and very humid, 60% humidify I was doing largest setting uses alot of water on washing machine, I started noticing below the washing machine downstairs the light was leaking water out first time ever. Just dripping.. Quit now... but could this be caused by sweating pipes or humid conditions? The side of all the toilets are sweating with water.
