water not running in house anywhere


Help! Water not on in house. condo unit in building, neighbors have water, called city, no main breaks, newer construction, checked main valve, its on and water was running a few days ago no problems. ANY IDEAS?????????

water not running in house anywhere


Thank you for responding. I just discovered there is a pump that is not working that helps the water get to the 3 floors above. The water feeds into the building through a garage, then gets pumped to the above floors. The plug is dead. Might be a ground fault or fuse at panel, or bad pump. This is a great site, thanks for getting back to me so quick.....
